Le tribunal a condamné la compagnie d'assainissement SANEPAR à rembourser le paiement indument payé par les habitants de la ville de Foz de Iguaçu, pour des services d'assainissement non prêtés, la compagnie n'ayant pas fait les investissements nécessaires dans le domaine.
